Nora's been trucking along rather well. She did cheat a little bit and paid to have venom chanted on her tempered steel club, and a 4x backpack. Immolation and regen are wonderful things, and while you can buy scrolls for them, it's far more cost effective to have them chanted. She discovered that she could kill thralls in Drear Valley and made quite a bit of money. (of course, getting to Drear Valley through the Downs was another story.) She also found a bonecrusher in Forgotten Dungeon. Right now she's nearly level 100, and wreaking havoc in Bloodwood and the Killing Fields with her magic mace.
There's a bit of a pattern to where you should hunt and what you find. Ratling Run is full of little stuff, gold nuggets, devilweed, and other such potion ingredients. You find bits of steel items and a few potions around Havenwood, and in Emerald and Devon Forests you begin to find a few mythril pieces. Bloodwood is where you find rings, and the Killing Fields is dropping basic helmets and statues. It's nice to know there is a bit of a pattern.
I still hate living in Arimathor.

I've spent a lot of the past few days running through Drear Valley. Such treasure to be had! Bonecrushers, Fin items, EAs, SoT's . . .even the talismans sell well in the shops. Check it out yourself . . . you might find something good!

Wondering who that new toon is you've been chatting with? Do you know them as someone else? Look them up on the alt database!
Of course, I have to know the alts before they can be on the database. So that means I need your help! Send me your updated toon names - 4 at a time, please . . . I know there's lots of multi-account players out there.

While suffering from insomnia I decided to log on and see who was on the Realm. I stumbled right into the beginning of an Event! I managed to win 3 coppers. Exciting, eh?

Spent a lot of time, goofing off, drawing Aggi for this week's comic. (I do that a lot.) It looks incredibly good (at least to me) in photoshop. However, I just can't get it to transfer over exactly the way it looks into a gif format. It's incredibly frustrating. I may just give her a background and leave her as a jpg or bmp just so you don't have to look at her like that.
I still love the way her armor turned out.

MyPrecious (who will be added to the Regulars list later today or tomorrow) made an interesting comment last night regarding Regulars information. Why not include where you're from? You don't have to be specific. (Trying to protect everyone's privacy as much as possible here!) Just the state, or country that you're from. I know we have people here from all over the world. Wouldn't it be nice to see where?
If you like, send an email stating your main toon's name and where you live. No town names, unless you want to be from your Realm town.
Which really bugs me. I now have two toons living in Arimathor. I don't even LIKE Arimathor. Arimathor is just the closest point to visiting Gus. Er, I mean, getting to the Anvil.
Has everybody met Nora yet? Since they wiped Test, I had to start my roughing it toon in Despothes Grove. Y'all are friendly and kind and giving, and making it very hard for me! I'm trying to prove . . . something. What was it? Oh yes. That it's possible to succeed in the Realm without being all chanted up. So far I'm at level 55 and it's getting easier all the time.

My apologies if you tried to log in on Tuesday and found . . . nothing. I had a slight issue with my domain registration. Well, I didn't have the issue, the registrar did. I um, straightened them out.

Ok.
There's a slim possibility that I MAY have reconsidered going to the Realm gathering.
I'm in desperate need of a vacation of some sort. It's going to take some planning and finagling. (is that a real word?) Those that think I should go, show your support. Those that think I shouldn't, talk me out of it.

Added Selina and WickedWanda to the Hall of Fame. Congrats on reaching 1k! Also added Hiddukel and Rhonin to the Regulars list. Rhonin is actually Einion, who was on there before, but now he's been moved, so he's not Einion anymore. Well, he IS, but . . . . Yeah, I know. *shuts mouth*
